(Not sure if I spelled that right) she was so attentive, but not overbearing... even having had a huge table next to us. It was like she was reading our mind and knew exactly what we needed or didn't need next. Also our food was fabulous! Steak, pork chop, shrimp cocktail, cheesecake! Amazing! “ Longstanding modern facility all duded-up as a rustic ranch steakhouse with a long bar counter down one side. Our waitress Sabrina was fantastic, she had tables furthest from the kitchen, yet was able to care for all on her own. We sat on Southside section, quiet area, overhead music was perfect volume. Early Dinner Menu appealed to us; Vaquero Tacos, and a Salmon Caesar Salad with iced teas. Warm light wheat bread was brought out, decent snack. Vaquero Tacos were very juicy & tender, good seasoning, with a savory salsa. The sweet potato fries were awesome too! Grilled Salmon filet atop a Caesar Salad was okay, the lettuce was a bit old, but plenty of shaved cheese and dressing helped me chew thru this. Good visit, and the crowd here was having a good time. Plenty of parking around the building. Horizon Road exit off I-30, Southside of 30, catch street in front of Starbucks, go past a bank, there it is! Or ride the 30 frontage road westbound past Ridge Road, then watch on the right. ”

“ My family and I had a great dinner tonight at Saltgrass and Fred did a great job as our server, attentive, engaging and seems like an overall good guy. Thank you Fred and Saltgrass! Oh yeah, I had the 12 ribeye and loaded mashed potatoes at Fred's recommendation, all was very good! ”

“ My husband and I ordered takeout and right off the bat, they forgot to include plasticware. That was disappointing. We both ordered Pat's Ribeye and it was flavorful but a tad too much salt. The mashed potatoes were pretty good. I must give credit to the portion size, we had enough for two days. We also ordered the carrot cake for dessert. Now the cake was amazing. I really loved how moist it was and it had the right amount of sweetness. The icing was really good too. Also, the portion was very large and enough for both my husband and I. ”

Saltgrass is one of my go-to's for value, whether it's weekday lunch, or a family birthday gathering. They have something for everyone! “ I'm the kind of girl that enjoys month long birthday celebrations. Saltgrass helped me kickoff my celebration. Our server was a sweetheart, informative of the menu and attentive. He provided tons of recommendations that we were not shy about trying. The vibe of the atmosphere is definitely two or three steps above Longhorn Steakhouse if I were to compare it to another restaurant. We started with the brisket queso. Delicious! Salty but delicious! My partner ordered his usual, which I didn't get a picture of, ribeye, house salad and a baked potato. Flavorful and delicious as well. I ordered salmon and Brussel sprouts. DEE-Licious! I also had a martini which was equally amazing. For my birthday I was gifted a slice of cheesecake topped with strawberries and whipped cream. It was okay. But, my partner loved it. ”

“ Happy Hour @ The No Bull Lounge (The Bar area) 3p - 7p was great! There is also an early dinner menu offered until 6 if you are looking for something a little more than appetizers and drinks. We tried almost all of the appetizers (half off during happy hour) and loved everything. Bartenders were friendly, attentive and kept our glasses replenished. The wait staff delivering our food items were nice and kept us laughing. Bar area was quaintly situated, not overcrowded, and not so loud that you need to yell. We noticed a variety of visitors dinning in and picking up to go orders. We also ordered food to go, arrived promptly and with a load of the in house bread and sweet butter. Would certainly recommend and plan to return again soon. ”
